Your Role

As a Breakfast Hospitality Specialist, you will:

  • Make Every Moment Count: Utilize the tools provided to create personalized experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Seating guests for breakfast and explaining our breakfast offerings.
  • Taking hot drink orders and ensuring the breakfast station is clean and organized.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional breakfast service and enhance our breakfast ratings.
What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • A keen eye for detail to maintain high service standards.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
