Job Title: Highways Site Manager

Job Summary:

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Highways Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Highways, Transport & Infrastructure division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in assembling scheme as-built information.
  • Conduct and document weekly Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) inspections.
  • Implement necessary method statements, risk assessments, and permits.
  • Deliver start-of-shift briefings, including Toolbox Talks and Safety Briefings.
  • Ensure the fitness-for-purpose and daily inspection of all onsite plant, machinery, and equipment.
  • Keep Project/Contract Managers informed of any changes to the project scope.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in Site Management within Highways/Civil Engineering.
