About the Role

Axiom Software Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in a SharePoint migration specialist role. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical part in the success of our SharePoint migration project, working closely with our Technology teams to ensure a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed analysis to ensure appropriate solutions are identified and designed to deliver the right business outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain business processes using BPMN 2.0 and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to produce detailed requirements documentation and ensure technical expertise is provided.
  • Manage complexity and change, and be aware of the associated technical impacts to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level, with ISEB/BCS BA Diploma certification or equivalent.
  • Solid career track record as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to technical/software development projects.
  • Full lifecycle development on a SharePoint migration.
  • Minimum 7 years working as a Business Analyst.
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience within a financial or regulatory environment.
  • Awareness of business architecture and related principles.
  • Data Management (inclusive of data journeys analysis integration and migration).
  • Supporting scaled Agile methodologies in Waterfall environments.
  • Certification in industry-recognized delivery methods such as Agile/DevOps.
