About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Simply Business. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations to support business objectives and help teams achieve their goals.
  • Conduct customer journey analysis to understand customer behavior and preferences.
  • Measure the impact of multi-channel strategies to optimize business outcomes.
  • Uncover and deliver insights through ad-hoc data exploration and visualization.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to evolve data sets and data pipelines.
  • Build dashboards and self-service query tools to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience working with large data sets and data warehouses.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
