About the Role

At American Express Global Business Travel, we're seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Data Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic analysis to support the growth of our digital platform, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytical models to inform business decisions, leveraging expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders, influencing business decisions and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, with experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
