**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Drayton in Greater London. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, basic accounts, handling customer service inquiries, and overseeing office administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records

• Manage basic accounts, including bank reconciliation and financial reporting

• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Oversee office administration tasks, including facilities management and maintenance

• Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

**Requirements**

• 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related field

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of accounts and financial software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
