We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our team.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of various projects within the Energy sector.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the seamless management of engineering, consultancy, and marine warranty projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external and internal surveyors, ensuring all competencies, qualifications, and certifications are up to date.
  • Coordinate and schedule interactions between surveyors, project managers, and clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of project progress documentation.
  • Monitor project invoicing timelines and payment processes.
  • Provide summaries and performance metrics for the energy division.
  • Support Document Control as needed.
  • Evaluate and forecast team availability while collaborating with business line leaders.
  • Assist with invoicing and review pertinent documents for Project Managers.
  • Organize meetings and facilitate interviews.

Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications, professional experience, and personal qualities:
  • Experience in offshore, maritime, or recruitment sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong writing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong desire to deliver high-quality service and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A confident, proactive demeanor with meticulous attention to detail.
