Patient Access Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Access Leader to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Patient Access Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Patient Access team in providing a comprehensive range of administrative services to patients, consultants, and other third parties.
- Manage patient pathways to ensure efficient and effective patient access to our services.
- Provide effective leadership and direction to the Patient Access team, ensuring a 5-star service is delivered to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Manage staff appraisals and professional development plans.
- Act as the point of escalation for patient complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven management/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including experience with patient and consultant complaints.
- Excellent customer care skills and ability to provide a high-quality service to patients and stakeholders.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office – Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
