Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist, Senior

NetJets Management Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist, Senior to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales training programs to support the NetJets Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Organizational Development teams to design and deliver sales training programs that meet the needs of the Sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a best-practice sales training curriculum, including ongoing refresher courses to ensure knowledge and performance gaps are minimized.
  • Work closely with Global Enablement teams to develop globally led or cross-departmental initiatives and ensure their successful execution across the Sales function.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive train-the-trainer programs to equip internal Subject Matter Experts with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively train and mentor employees.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to provide coaching and support to strengthen their teams.
  • Plan and deliver ongoing specialist training according to the curriculum for each role, using diverse media channels and preparing training materials and handouts to maximize training effectiveness and knowledge retention.
  • Manage and optimize the Sales Training budget by leveraging industry expertise and best practice to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment for training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' sales training experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with senior management in a corporate setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for all audiences
  • Confident in developing learning materials using different design and facilitation tools and software
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's in Management or Marketing
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience
