Job Summary:
Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our outdoor retail store in a busy tourist location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions

Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in an outdoor or fashion retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
