About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Family Health Practitioner to join our Emotional Health and Resilience Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, young people, parents, and families to provide high-quality services and support.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of a Band 6 Caseload Holder, contributing to the provision of services for children, young people, parents, carers, and families. You will be proactive in delivering national and Public Health agendas in response to identified health and social need, working in partnership with other agencies to meet agreed standards, objectives, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 Qualification or equivalent relevant to the role
  • Hold a valid full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience of working with and supporting parents and families
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences both written and verbally
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Recent relevant safeguarding experience
