About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Family Health Practitioner to join our Emotional Health and Resilience Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, young people, parents, and families to provide high-quality services and support.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of the children's community health commissioned service, contributing to the provision of high-quality services for children, young people, parents, carers, and families. You will work within the framework of the Healthy Child Programme and Best Start In Life priorities, being proactive in delivering national and Public Health agendas in response to identified health and social need.

Requirements
- NVQ level 3 Qualification or equivalent relevant to the role

- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Recent relevant safeguarding experience
