Your Responsibilities
While specific duties may vary based on the evolving needs of Tesco, the following outlines the primary responsibilities and expectations of the role:
Efficiently serving a variety of beverages to our customers in a timely manner. Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards to meet required regulations. Regularly assessing stock levels and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Collaborating with the Cafe Manager to identify and mentor team members aspiring to grow as Baristas. Staying informed about all communications from Tesco, including new promotions, initiatives, and menu updates. Addressing customer complaints effectively when possible.Requirements
Experience as a Barista or in a hospitality role. A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Confidence in coaching and training others in an inclusive manner. Personal Attributes
