Lettings Valuation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valuation Manager to lead our lettings team in Headingley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Run a profitable and well-organised office, exceeding performance and targets set.
- Motivate and lead your team, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to flourish in their careers.
- Generate new business in a target-driven environment, leveraging your exceptional customer care and communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Senior Lettings Negotiator, with a strong background in estate agency and valuations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
- A Full UK driving licence, with a strong understanding of the local market and its trends.
