Lettings Valuation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valuation Manager to lead our lettings team in Headingley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Run a profitable and well-organised office
- Lead by example and delegate tasks to exceed performance and targets
- Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career
- Preferably an experienced Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Senior Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer looking to progress
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence
