Lettings Valuation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valuation Manager to lead our lettings team in Headingley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Run a profitable and well-organized office, exceeding performance and targets set.
- Motivate and lead your team, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to flourish in their careers.
- Generate new business in a target-driven environment, utilizing your exceptional customer care and communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Senior Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, generating new business and exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent customer care and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent IT skills and a full UK driving license.
