Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valuation Manager to lead our lettings team in a branch that offers a supportive environment and opportunities for career growth.

About the Role

As a Valuation Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective and efficient lettings service to landlords and tenants. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and motivate your team to exceed performance and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of lettings professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and improve branch performance.
  • Collaborate with the area manager to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the branch.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a lettings management role, with a strong track record of success in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
