Head of NPD/Innovation Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our innovation efforts and drive the development of new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role:

  • Lead the innovation process from end to end, working closely with the Founder and internal teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a product innovation strategy that aligns with the company's growth ambitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new product ideas to life, from concept to launch.
  • Manage the full NPD life-cycle, including market research, product development, testing, and launch planning.
  • Drive category development and expansion into new markets, including retail and grocery.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of extending a category or taking a brand/product into a new area or space.
  • Background working in a senior NPD/Innovation role within FMCG, with experience in food, wellness, nutrition, supplements, or beauty.
  • Experience working on innovation/NPD for multiple SKUs and products.
