Product Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to join our Buying & Merchandising team at Artfarm Head Office. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the development and management of our product proposition across various categories, including food and non-food products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing suppliers, setting up accounts, and collating product information
  • Accountability for managing product system data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Liaising with the online trading team to support product launch and data management
  • Liaising with store teams to provide pertinent signage detail and ensure training information for new launches
  • Liaising with Finance/Accounts for any invoice queries
  • Supporting with reporting, collating data, and managing weekly/monthly reporting
  • Collating regular competitor shop and trend reports
  • Joining floor and web walks, taking meeting minutes, and following up on actions

New Product Development

You will work closely with our Buyers to research and develop new products, maintaining the critical path to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information at all times. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Taking meeting minutes, agreeing on key actions with deadlines, and circulating to key stakeholders
  • Supporting in checking packaging artwork alongside the buying team for accuracy and quality
  • Supporting the team with benchmarking, competitor shops, pricing reviews, and seasonal wash-up reports

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual who is organized, proactive, and able to work to tight deadlines. You will be a great communicator, both verbally and written, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience in buying, luxury retail, or food is desirable.
