We are seeking a skilled Hotel Chef to join our team at Premier Inn Newcastle City Centre (Millennium Bridge). As a Hotel Chef, you will be responsible for managing your team, preparing, cooking, and serving our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes.
About the Role- Manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfasts and classic Premier Inn meals.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- A competitive hourly rate.
- A guaranteed 30 hours per week over 5 days, with shifts including mornings and evenings, and weekend working.
