About the Role- Assist in managing a talented team in a prestigious kitchen
- Oversee the complete refurbishment of the restaurant and kitchen

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fresh food-led kitchen, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or gastro pub. They will also have excellent kitchen management skills, including H&S, HACCP, wastage control, labour costs, and menu costing.
About the HotelOur independent client operates this prestigious 5-star hotel, providing rosette-standard dining in their fine dining restaurant and a second all-day dining restaurant, alongside banqueting in this stunning country property.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar standard of kitchen and experience managing in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience working in a 50-room plus 4-5 star hotel and be familiar with high-quality banqueting.
