Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Chef to join our team at Premier Inn in Newcastle City Centre. As a Hotel Chef, you will be responsible for managing your team and preparing, cooking, and serving our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast and evening meals
- Ensure high-quality food standards and presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Chef or in a similar role
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings
