Job Title: Chef De Partie

At AccorHotel, we are committed to providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Chef De Partie, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet the agreed standards set by the chef and management.
  2. Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a strict food safety and quality control environment, ensuring that all food items issued from the kitchen meet the required standards.
  3. Order Preparation and Execution: Prepare orders according to the instructions and specifications set by the chef, ensuring that portion control is strictly adhered to.
  4. Inventory Management: Ensure the correct storage of all food items, adhering to company policy regarding stock segregation and day dotting, and recording temperature of fridges and freezers on a daily basis.
  5. Communication and Teamwork: Foster effective communication links between the kitchen and other departments within the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  6. Health and Safety: Be aware of and comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety Act and the Fairview Hotels policy.
  7. Reporting and Training: Report any defects in the building or equipment, and attend company training if required.
