Job Title: Regional Sales Director - Midlands

Job Summary:

Midas Selection (Midlands) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in the Midlands region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the Midlands region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including commercial kitchen equipment suppliers, distributors, and end-users
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in field-based B2B sales, preferably in the commercial kitchen equipment industry
  • Strong understanding of the commercial kitchen equipment market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
