We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our busy team at a well-respected accountancy firm in the region. As the first point of contact for key clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a professional demeanor at all times.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client queries and scheduling appointments
  • Liaising with colleagues within the team to ensure seamless communication
  • Preparing letters and official documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and organizing your work effectively
  • Managing emails, petty cash, and ordering office supplies and equipment as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong IT skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage your own workload. You will also need to be an administrative all-rounder with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
