The Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our Growth Marketing & Research Team as a Global CRM Strategist. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing our CRM strategy globally, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunity gaps. You'll work closely with our Director, Growth Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive CRM plan that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global CRM strategy that drives revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Manage and execute all forms of eDM, including cart recovery, lifecycle, and weekly editorial communications
  • Identify, create, and analyze customer segmentation using our CDP to deliver on brand vision and commercial goals
  • Work with the broader marketing department to own and plan the CRM calendar globally, ensuring all markets execute holistically
  • Maintain and grow the Nothing community database through acquiring new customers and implementing retention and re-engagement strategies, ensuring full compliance with GDPR
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to devise and implement a test and do strategy

Requirements

  • Deep technical experience in CRM, with experience working through various Marketing Automation, ESPs, CDPs, and Data Visualization tools - Salesforce Marketing Cloud essential
  • Experience line managing preferred
  • Proven track record in customer journey mapping and segmentation success cases
  • Shopify & GA4 experience preferred
  • Commercially and analytically minded
  • Ability to distill CRM expertise to digestible action points and influence other business units on CRM goals and vision
