About Our Service

We provide support to individuals with varying levels of need, from hourly support to 24-hour care. Our service is based in a small cul-de-sac, where we support ten people across six flats. We offer personalized support plans, which include activities such as going to church, helping with cleaning, and visiting the zoo.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide an outstanding level of support to our service users, enabling them to live a more comfortable, dignified, and happy life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal care – supporting individuals with their morning and evening routines, including showering, bathing, and using the bathroom.
  • Supporting individuals with personal safety – carrying out checks in line with their individualized support plans.
  • Providing person-centered support – getting to know the individuals you support, learning about their preferences, and supporting them to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping – supporting individuals to keep detailed records of their support, including writing daily notes and communicating effectively with colleagues.
