We offer a range of activities and experiences, including outings to the beach, zoo, and other local attractions.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with their daily needs, including personal care, safety checks, and person-centred support. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless handovers and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including showering, bathing, and continence support
- Conduct safety checks in line with individualised support plans
- Offer person-centred support, including conversation and reading of individualised support plans
- Maintain accurate records of support provided, including daily notes, medication administration, and financial management
