About Our Service

We provide support to individuals with varying levels of need, from hourly support to 24-hour care. Our service is based in a small cul-de-sac, where we support ten people across six flats. We offer personalized support plans, which are tailored to each individual's needs and preferences.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care, safety checks, and support with medication and finances. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including support with morning and evening routines, showering, and using the bathroom.
  • Support individuals with their personal safety, including carrying out checks in line with their individualized support plans.
  • Provide person-centered support, including getting to know individuals and their preferences, and supporting them to achieve their goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily notes, support with medication, and financial records.
