We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers and other colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and other colleagues, including processing new and existing business, preparing compliance documentation, and answering client queries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote our services in a professional and FCA-compliant manner.
  • Deal effectively with client queries and communicate with colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all files are compliant with our internal and external compliance procedures.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties.
Requirements:
  • Financial Services experience, specifically in providing administration support for an IFA.
  • Ability to work within defined business processes and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Intelliflo.
