We will thoughtfully pair you with clients in your community, enabling you to assist them in leading joyful, independent lives through:
- Companionship and household assistance
- Meal preparation and support

- Social visits and help with appointments and shopping
Home Instead stands out in the caregiving sector as all our visits last a minimum of one hour. We believe this duration is essential for building meaningful connections with clients and making a genuine impact on their lives each day.
As a Care Professional at Home Instead, you will benefit from top-tier training, competitive pay, and 24/7 support from our dedicated office team.
- Competitive pay rates: £12.00 Monday to Friday, £12.50 on weekends, and double time on bank holidays, with guaranteed hours and contracts tailored to your lifestyle
- Options for full-time or part-time hours
- All visits are a minimum of one hour
- Reimbursed mileage at 30p per mile
- Paid training opportunities
