Position

As a Driver you will carry out a variety of different tasks including:

  • The safe and secure loading and unloading of the vehicles.
  • Assisting with the loading of the vehicle when required.
  • Ensuring that the customers receive all items that are loaded for delivery.
  • Ensuring that driving regulations are followed as stated by the Department of transport.
  • Keeping vehicles in good working order, checking oil levels, fluid levels etc.
  • Ensuring that the customers receive all items that are loaded for delivery.

Requirements

What will you need to know...

As a Driver, we're looking for you to demonstrate:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Competent level of IT literacy with MS applications including word, excel and outlook.
  • Ability to build, maintain effective working partnerships with colleagues and customers.
  • Self‐motivated proactive approach to work that is able to demonstrate initiative.
  • Ideally, you'll have already gained a relevant professional qualification (CPC).

You'll need to travel as part of your role which will include up to 2 nights away each week.
