Job Title: Learning and Development Lead Job Summary: The Bridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Lead to join our team. As a Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to align with business goals, talent strategies, and meet all compliance requirements. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing our talent management and leadership development program, as well as overseeing staff practice and driving improvement where required. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, lead, and oversee training programs to align with business goals, talent strategies, and meet all compliance requirements * Design and implement our talent management and leadership development program * Oversee staff practice and drive improvement where required * Monitor, update, and understand our Learning Management System to ensure that training records are up to date and scheduled where required * Ensure key compliance training is up to date, including Care Certificate, mandatory training, and competency assessments of staff * Conduct comprehensive needs analyses on a continuous basis, recognize emerging patterns, and provide recommendations to address gaps and/or potential opportunities * Research and implement best practice to support a culture of continuous learning and improvement Requirements: * Minimum three years of experience in a health and social care management role from Team Leader/ Senior upwards * Ability to develop and lead a positive team environment * Experience in guiding, supporting, and training colleagues * Understand Care Certificate Criteria and support their completion and/or oversight where required * An understanding of CQC requirements and compliance standards * Ability to deliver training at all levels from induction through to supporting management development * Proficient user of IT including Microsoft Office Tools to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Meeting as well as bespoke training software applications Desirable: * Experience of working within a training role * Trainer or teaching qualification * An Assessor's award in Health and Social Care * A good understanding of diplomas at all levels What We Offer: * Competitive salary * Continuing professional development in areas required for success in the role * Opportunity to work with a progressive, growing organization * Collaborative and supportive team environment If you are a motivated and experienced Learning and Development Lead looking for a new challenge, please apply with your updated CV.
