About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end retail sites in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial performance of facilities maintenance on retail properties.
  • Raise annual orders for specialist subcontractors and monitor their output and performance.
  • Ensure contractual commitments, including financial, are met in accordance with agreed SLAs and performance standards.
  • Communicate and implement financial policies and processes within the contract.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the retail client, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the client to review performance, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, identifying opportunities for service enhancements or additional support.
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance operations, ensuring all service levels are met, and the site is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Lead a team of on-site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
  • Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and performance appraisals for the facilities maintenance team.
  • Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate is client-facing, with a proven track record of delivering high service levels on a portfolio of over £2 million.
  • The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience managing a technical site.
  • Previous experience within the retail sector is highly advantageous.
