Retail Supervisor - Part Time

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our team in West Cross, Smethwick. This is a permanent part-time position offering a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for overtime.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Take charge of daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the store in the absence of the manager.
  • Manage cash handling, stock ordering, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Develop and mentor your team of retail assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Monitor operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Your Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
  • Customer-focused and passionate about providing exceptional service.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, able to take responsibility and make sound decisions.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within retail or a similar industry is desirable but not essential. We're open to individuals who are eager to learn and develop their management skills.
