About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Modern Workplace Engineering team. As the Head of Modern Workplace Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical roadmap for our Windows, Mac, Mobile, Meeting Room, and Virtual platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a technical roadmap that aligns with Aviva's strategy and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
  • Manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality services and maintain skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee supplier management to ensure the right technology choices are made.
  • Assess and manage risk and control environment.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in engineering and supporting physical and virtual estates.
  • Deep technical, commercial, and delivery experience in Modern Workplace Engineering.
  • Ability to manage a high workload effectively.
  • Understanding of relevant industry trends and benchmarks.
  • Good understanding of risk and control environment.
