About the Role: As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting ICT solutions that impact our users' experience. Your proactive and enthusiastic approach will be essential in analyzing, investigating, and resolving user problems, collaborating with ICT colleagues and senior managers when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve complex user issues, working closely with ICT colleagues and senior managers to ensure effective problem-solving
  • Develop and deliver training programs for software solutions, providing classroom sessions and desk-side support to users and support staff
  • Manage and maintain training activities, including coordination, planning, and strategy implementation
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to communicate training information effectively to Informatics staff and other BCU members
  • Support the ICT Systems Support Management Team in efficient system operation and disaster recovery planning
  • Contribute to specifying and delivering informatics projects for local and national ICT initiatives
  • Provide onsite support to end users across BCU for ICT-related issues and training needs

Essential Requirements:

  • Educational background to Degree level or equivalent work experience and knowledge
  • Experience working in a large and complex organization
  • Hands-on experience in supporting and training on software solutions
  • Engagement in change management projects and process re-engineering
  • Knowledge of Clinical, Management, and Information processes
  • Understanding of IT capabilities and limitations
