Aged Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Aeralife Kingswood, a premium residential aged care provider. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs are met.
About the RoleThis is a casual RN opportunity, working night shifts, with a focus on providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for coordinating clinical care tasks, monitoring resident files, and ensuring specialized nursing care needs are managed appropriately.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical care tasks and related documentation
- Monitor resident files, progress notes, lists, and observation charts
- Ensure specialized nursing care needs are managed appropriately
- Liaise with residents, their representatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of best possible care
- Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in Residential Aged Care
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Current Covid-19 Vaccinations (highly recommended)
