About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Children's Nurse to join our team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a Community Children's Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children with non-malignant life-threatening or life-limiting conditions in their own homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake allocated clinical and administrative tasks to deliver holistic nursing care to children with complex needs.
- Assist with the training and development of parents, carers, and other professionals to enable children to be cared for in a variety of settings.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-agency team to provide clinical advice and support to children and their families.
- Maintain and update your clinical competence and skills to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the conditions that affect the children on the caseload.
Requirements
- RSCN/RN Child registered on part 8 or 15 NMC register.
- Community Children's Nursing experience.
- Desirable: experience in a Paediatric HDU or PICU environment.
