Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Avon Lodge, a modern 62-bedded home in Bristol. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and order medicines, maintaining timely and effective communication to achieve planned goals.
  • Support with new admissions and discharges, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop and implement detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred care plans, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience in writing detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans.
  • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLs.
