We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Avon Lodge, a modern 62-bedded home located on the outskirts of Bristol. As a Registered Nurse with our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and order medicines in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain effective communication to achieve planned goals
  • Support with new admissions and discharges of residents, maintaining confidentiality
  • Develop and implement detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLs
