About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at the 4-star Mercure Daventry Court Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our back-of-house operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen and food outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of all operating equipment and dish washing machines to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all food and storage outlets, including restaurants, kitchens, and storerooms.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Meet and maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety in all areas of the hotel.
