We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter at the 4-star Mercure Daventry Court Hotel & Spa.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and food outlets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the proper maintenance of all operating equipment and dish washing machines
  • Providing exceptional service to our guests by working closely with the kitchen team
  • Cleaning and maintaining the restaurant(s), kitchen(s), and all food outlets within the hotel
  • Keeping storerooms clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensuring hygiene and health and safety standards are met at all times
