HR Analytics Specialist

Location: Nottingham

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000

Are you proficient in PowerBI and experienced in handling HR metrics? Do you possess the ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively to various stakeholders, including senior management?

Our client, a prominent organization in Nottingham, is currently experiencing significant growth and transformation. They are seeking an HR Analytics Specialist to assist their HR department and provide insightful data analysis to stakeholders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance PowerBI dashboards to deliver comprehensive people data to stakeholders.
  • Ensure headcount aligns with established targets and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organization to ensure data needs are met promptly.
  • Identify trends within HR data and collaborate with the HR team to explore underlying causes.
  • Conduct ad hoc data projects as requested.
  • Leverage available people data to uncover trends and opportunities for business enhancement.
  • Embrace a continuous learning mindset and support others in adapting to advancements in reporting technologies and key HR trends.

This is a full-time position requiring 38.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with a commitment to being on-site in Nottingham three days a week.

We are looking for candidates who are adept in PowerBI, possess a solid understanding of essential HR metrics, and can communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, and will have the ability to influence and manage expectations while adhering to established targets and service level agreements.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in data analysis and trend identification are essential, along with a curious approach to understanding data composition.
