Gleeson Recruitment Group is collaborating with a prominent organization in Nottingham that is currently experiencing significant growth and transformation. They are seeking an HR Analytics Specialist to assist their HR department and provide insightful data analysis to stakeholders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance PowerBI dashboards to deliver comprehensive people data to stakeholders.
  • Ensure headcount aligns with established targets and budgetary constraints.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues across departments to ensure clarity in data requirements and timely delivery.
  • Identify trends within HR data and collaborate with the HR team to explore underlying causes.
  • Conduct ad hoc data projects as requested.
  • Leverage available people data to uncover trends and opportunities for business enhancement.
  • Embrace a continuous learning mindset and support others in adapting to advancements in reporting technologies and key HR trends.

This is a full-time position requiring 38.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with a commitment to being on-site in Nottingham three days a week.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in HR data analysis, proficient in PowerBI, and possess a solid understanding of essential HR metrics. You should be capable of presenting and clarifying data to non-technical stakeholders in a straightforward manner.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, and can effectively manage expectations while adhering to established targets and service level agreements.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong background in data analysis and trend identification are essential. An inquisitive mindset to comprehend the intricacies of data composition is highly valued.
