We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining PowerBI dashboards, delivering people data to stakeholders, and presenting data insights to executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop PowerBI dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure headcount targets and budgets are met by analyzing and interpreting HR data
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide timely data delivery
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
  • Support the wider HR team in investigating data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Perform ad-hoc project data work as required
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in reporting technology, market trends, and key people trends to provide expert insights

Requirements:

  • Competent user of PowerBI with experience in data analysis and presentation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with experience in data analysis and trends
  • Ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Confident in working with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite and Executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
