Senior Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Room Leader to join our team at Completely Care Ltd. As a Senior Room Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and support the team within your room to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Create a stimulating environment with engaging activities for children across indoor and outdoor spaces.
  • Develop good relationships with staff, parents, and management team, reporting on staff and children's ongoing learning progress.
  • Oversee the progress of staff and assist with training, reporting to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare & Education.
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Room Leader.
  • Experience working with toddlers.
