Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Welfare Officer to join our team at Glos. As an Education Welfare Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their full potential and make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with students to identify and address any barriers to their education
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide guidance and support to students on their academic and personal development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to student welfare

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to the values and principles of Glos
