Job Description

Role: Senior/Supervising Social Worker - Full Time & Fixed Term

Location: Head Office

Salary: £30,338 - £41,052 Per Annum Dependent Upon Experience

Benefits: £2,000 Car Allowance, 30 days' Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, Life Assurance, Employee Discount Scheme and on-site Free Parking. All Benefits Prorated

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the organisation's strategic plan and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior social work role, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
