As a Senior/Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing regular supervision to allocated foster carers, ensuring they fully understand the fostering task and meet the standards expected. You will also work in partnership with the foster family, other professionals, and the child's network to identify needs and provide support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support foster carers to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
- Provide regular supervision to allocated foster carers.

Requirements:
- Social Work qualification.
- Valid Social Work Registration or equivalent.

- Ability to travel extensively and transport children and young people in stressful situations.
- Full driving license.
